Only 12 but in the big time
Some athletes take most of their careers before they represent their country. Not so for Koha-Alofa Vitolio, who has already taken gold at this year's waka ama nationals. At only 12, she is the youngest competitor to represent New Zealand at the Va'a World Sprints Championships in Canada in August.

Type 1 Diabetes Sports Performance
I am currently developing a database of Type 1 Diabetes Waka Ama Paddlers. Several athletes across other sports with Type 1 Diabetes provide seminars around NZ with up to date sports performance advice and information for people living with Type 1 Diabetes.

Outward Bound Opportunity
