Outward Bound - My Experience by Paul Roozendaal
Thanks to Outward Bound and Nga Kaihoe o Aotearoa Waka Ama NZ, I was able to attend the discovery course at Outward Bound in the Marlborough Sounds. Being involved with Waka Ama for many years, I am used to large and small groups meeting for the first time.

Waka Te Tasman Race Results
A fantastic weekend of paddling at Kaiterieri with 280 paddlers travelling from as far as Whangarei in the North and Dunedin in the South. Thank you to everyone for their awesome participation, effort to travel, willingness to tow and loan waka and ultimately their enjoyment of waka ama paddling.

Hutt Secondary Schools Junior Waka Ama Sprints
A Fantastic day on Wellington Harbour despite the 25-30 knot northerly wind and showers. A fantastic group of volunteers from Hikoikoi Waka ama and from clubs in the Hoe Tonga region contributed to the success of our 1st Hutt Secondary School Junior Waka Ama Sprints.
