The AROCA Board gives notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Association to be held Sunday 15 December 2019 10.30am Joyce Fisher Room, Hyundai Marine Sports Centre, Tāmaki Drive, Ōrākei.

Members are invited to submit items for the agenda to be received by [email protected] before 12 November 2019 and must be received from clubs executive, not individuals.

2019 is an election year for one elected and two appointed Board members. Nominations for the elected Board member can be made by completing and returning the attached nomination form to [email protected] by 6 November 2019.

Please find attached the AGM notice, Board Member Nomination form and the 2015 Constitution of the Association.
