On behalf of your brother's and sisters across the estuary we share the burden of loss of a fellow paddler gone too soon. Dogfish boys - Our respects go out to Tai and our thoughts to Tai's family and friends.
Although I did not personally know Tai he was a member of our working team,I am an AirNZ employee as is a large number of my Waka club.

Aratika Water Sports Club - On behalf of the Aratika Water Sports club and its members we send our condolensces and love to Jutta and Kea Whanau and may they take comfort that Tai Kea as he continues his final journey on his waka that he will be supported by the waka ama paddlers who has gone before him.
