The TPOTI AGM will be re-run on 18 November 2021 at 7 pm via Zoom.
The positions up for nominations are:
- President
- Vice President
- Treasurer
As was decided by the committee on the 31st July the acting President is Martin Helleur until these positions have been filled.
Therefore, the following timeline has been created to ensure we fill the vacant positions as quickly as possible and are also in line with the Constitution.
18 September 2021 - Nomination Forms sent out (see attached)
10 October 2021 - Nomination Forms returned via email to [email protected]
8 November 2021 - AGM Agenda emailed to clubs reps with notice of Nominations
18 November 2021 - AGM held via Zoom and positions elected.
