LDN Waiver forms - available to download online
To be ready and organised for racing at LDN's we recommend you download the appropriate Waiver Form to read, complete and get signed by your crew members prior to arrival at the venue. The waka loading area is some way from the Registration Desk based in the Yacht Club and you don't want to be running back and forth chasing people to sign paperwork. J16 paddlers and crews are required to complete the J16 Division waivers. All other paddlers can complete the general waivers.

Race Update: Hauraki Series - Whitianga 10 April 2021
Message from the event hosts: Kia ora paddlers, We are aware there is a bit of anxiousness regarding the weather for our event here in Cooks Beach this Sat 10th April. We are watching the forecast carefully as it is constantly changing. Our current forecast is showing 14 to 17 knots northerly and some showers. Cooks Bay due to its sheltered nature very rarely has unsafe conditions. At this stage all events are still going ahead but ALL W6’s must be prepared with skirts. We will be making a decision regarding J16s paddling by lunch time tomorrow. Our paddlers safety is our top priority and a course decision will be made on the morning with input from our safety boats and local coastguard. Te Rau Oranga o Ngāti Kahungunu Waka Ama have 3 capable J19M available for a mixed or men's team for the upcoming long distance nationals. One is a competent ocean steerer.
