Description

Pathways for Paddlers

What do you want to aim for as a paddler?  Setting goals for yourself as a paddler can be easy and necessary in light of the global positioning of waka ama as a sport. This session will introduce a technique called PATH- Planning Alternative Tomorrows with Hope. A strategy with a difference – it is a facilitated session with the addition of a grapher who assists you to draw using graphic symbols your strategic plan. You identify the target, the people, the time and values needed to complete your dream. This becomes an illustrated poster for your wall and your whanau and friends to be inspired by.  Coaches can also learn this technique to use with their own paddlers.
