NKOA - Making Payments to NKOA Bank Account

If you are going to be making payments to the NKOA Bank Account please make sure you use a reference

I am now starting to receive payments from clubs for idcards and entry fees for nationals.

It is really important that you identify your payment, so I can tell who it is from.

INTERNET BANKING
If you are paying by Internet Banking, you will get 3 fields you can fill in.

Particulars: (leave blank)
Code: INVOICE NO (if you have one)
Reference: YOUR CLUB NAME

Particulars:
Code: WA1234
Reference: TMOCC


CASH OR CHEQUE DEPOSIT
If you are depositing a cheque or cash in our account. You will get to supply a reference field. (It is normally limited to 12 letters, so you might need to use an abbreviation)

Reference: YOUR CLUB NAME

Example
Reference: PAKURANGA

If the bank branch you go to doesn't know how to enter the reference info, then keep your receipt and email me the date, amount and club you made the payment for.


NKOA Bank Account details are printed on the bottom of the invoices (that you will receive)

You are not required to pay anything until you receive an invoice
