Clarification on J16 and J19's paddling up during a worlds year
Rule 5.2 says....
Competing in more than one division
Paddlers may be eligible to compete in more than one division, but only in the following instances:
- Midgets may also compete in the Intermediate division
- Intermediates may also compete in the Junior [16] division
- Junior [16] may also compete in the Junior [19] division
- Junior [19] may compete in Open [23]
- Open [23], Masters and Senior Masters may compete in the Open division,
- Senior Masters may compete in the Open, Masters and Senior Masters divisions,
- Golden Masters may compete in the Open, Masters, Senior Masters and Golden Masters divisions.
In a worlds year we make one further exception
- J19's can paddle Open also (Allowing J19 to paddle - J19, J23 and Open)
